Please also refrain from sending personal information such as bank details, your home adress or otherwise. A true Staff Member would never ask you to do so, if someone asks you to give away such personal information, please report them to our higher staff.

 

We also ask that you do not insult, offend or threaten our staff. We will ignore insults, offensive comments or discrimination, however if we get a threat that we consider serious, we may have to report it to the police.
